Their are bad people in positions of power, the nsw gov public trustee& guardian/ncat illegally garnish people with disabilities pensions thus stealing their money which is already only enough to use to eat with& buy very minimal essentials to survive, they belittle people public trustee& guardian make false claims that all of their victims “are incapable of managing their own pensions& deem them to be incapable of making rational decisions due to their disabilities, THIS IS GOVERNMENT SECTOR CORRUPTION AND FRAUD DONE THROUGH DISCRIMINATION, DECEPTION, LIES, FALSIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS INCLUDING THEIR BANK STATEMENTS, A COMPLETE DISGRACE AND WHITE COLLAR CRIME AT ITS WORST! The Public Trustee and Guardian/NCAT have placed a controversial law of secrecy on themselves which has been labelled as “cloaking” which claims even the whilst breaking the law they are unable to be exposed,this ludicrous travesty of justice has hidden the public trustee& guardians fraud,embezzlement of money, theft of disability benefits,peoples savings,inheritance&their quality of life from the public’s knowledge and the high court for a lot my time, it’s time this evil corruption and discrimination ended. Due to Australian politicians although condemning the public trustee& guardian/ ncat as white collar criminals/corrupt&a law unto themselves/a rogue sector of government but ironically apparently not actually part of the Australian government? Which makes no actual rational sense it’s obviously more important to keep the 11 BILLION DOLLARS THEY’VE STOLEN OFF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES THAN TO STOP THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE AND GUARDIANS CORRUPTION AND THEFT OF DISABILITY PENSIONS AND PEOPLE SAVINGS& FAMILY INHERITANCE? This entire racket/ evil corruption is cloaked by lies, passing the buck and denial, claims by the public trustee& guardian that they don’t do it but NCAT do,ridiculous excuses, claiming their victims are not mentally competent or capable of ever making a rational argument, bullying & the lowest common denominator of discrimination which is stealing from people with disabilities and essentially ruining their lives, this leads to poverty, mental health issues, suicides, lost of hope, incarceration of people with disabilities for just trying to survive the Public Trustee and Guardians destruction of lives,discriminatory bullying and irrational hatred, irrational discrimination & irrational excuses for stealing from people with disabilities. The outcome being people with disabilities not being helped ever instead taken advantage of, being victims of public trustee and guardian fraud, discrimination, white collar crime, being belittled, losing hope& becoming as called by credible media and documentary television program 4 corners as being forced by public trustee& guardian corruption to live under “STATE CONTROL” or “MODERN DAY SLAVERY”. Although the nws and entire Australian public trustee & guardian/ ncat sector of government corruption has lost several cases in the high court and been found guilty of corruption, fraud, embezzlement of their victims money and several people won those high court cases and some given compensation for theft of their money&the lost years that were destroyed by discrimination and corruption the nsw public trustee& guardian/ ncat continue to this day to embezzle and steal money off people with disabilities thus continuing to get away with the lowest common denominator of crime which preys on people with disabilities & ruin their lives, THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST REPULSIVE EVIL FORM OF OPPRESSION AND CORRUPTION POSSIBLE AND HAS TO END! please share and help put an end to this oppressive disturbing public trustee& guardian/ ncat corruption!
