It's Survivortale anniversary today ! I've a drawing plan for the occasion but I'll clearly not be able to finish it in time (I'm not even done with the sketch of it yet)

Their a lot of character that will be on that drawing including some that don't have reference sheet right now. I really want it to reflect the AU meaningfully.

Soooo yeah, it's been almost a year since I last post on this blog... Sorry about that, here a sketch of Survivor!Undyne with and without her helmet to make up for that, hope you like it, it's not perfect but I'm pretty happy with it.

Some informations about her :

She is the Head of the Royal Guard of Home, she "adopted" Papyrus when he was still a baby, having found him one day in a cradle on her doorstep. She is a fierce warrior, as well as a valuable ally.

I finish it ! (Technically i'm 11min late here in Belgium for it to be publish on January buuut... We are not in Febuary everywhere on earth sooo... Plus, I finish drawing it at 23:54, it's adding the text that taked me time u_u)

Survivortale - Random Facts

Frisk's middle name is Angela

Some Monsters specialize in Humans hunting, but most of those they find are already dead. Either from falling or from injuries caused by falling. Frisk was pretty lucky to only have one broken wing, although her soul seems, strangely, to have been damaged a bit.

If you have to choose a Hunter to chase you, Sans is the one with whom your death will be the least painful, however, he is also the most difficult to escape. Unless you are near a narrow passage in which case, he will not follow you inside.

Undyne allowed Papyrus to be a guard only because Home is a safe place and he would only guard the entrance to the royal children's dwelling, otherwise she wouldn't have given him her permission.

Asgore and Toriel don't live with their children for their safety. So they don't see them often.

Page 12 is done at 80%, I was a little sick the last few days, but I'm feeling better, so I've been able to make good progress on it.

It took me 30 minutes to make this background, which will be almost completely hidden by the character in front of it.

Some would call it a waste of time. I call it training. :')

Some Lore drop

As stated in the synopsis, Humans (who renamed themselves "Celestian") live in a huge city flying above the thick black cloud that covers the Earth's surface. They often throw their waste down, not caring about the Monsters living below them. But sometimes they throw another type of "waste". These "garbage" in question are "Condemned to the Fall", criminals who have committed crimes serious enough to have their limbs tied to their bodies (arms, legs and wings) and thrown into the void, crashing to the ground with a crash, the majority of humans arriving down there do so this way. But very few manage to free themselves from their bonds early enough to survive the fall.

However, this is not the case for either Chara or Frisk. But you'll learn how they got down there (or in Frisk's case especially "Why ?", since you've already seen her fall on page 1) later in the comic.

Born from Alphys' experiments, unlike the original Mettaton, he wasn't a ghost monster before becoming a robot. Rather dangerous, do not approach if you are a human

The next page is progressing well, the frame is done, and the base drawing of 2 out of 5 thumbnails is done (it remains to color them and do the background, then the other 3)

I'm also working on a design idea for Survivor!Mettaton (For now, I only plan on doing his basic form, I don't know if I'll do the EX and NEO ones, yet)

Some information about the AU

I've already told it on DeviantArt, but didn't here, so I share it here too. The inspiration for this AU came to me while I was listening to "Bird with a Broken Wing" by Owl City

At the time I was in class (to clarify things, I was in Computer Graphics class and we were allowed to listen to music during class) and when I discovered this song, my brain, for a reason that I can't really explain, started to "create" mental images about Undertale. (You should know that when I find a new song that I like, I often listen to it on repeat for several days or sometimes weeks.) And by dint of imagining, the idea of ​​this AU ended up germinating in my head.

I want to try to post (at least) a page per month, but I don't know if I'll be able to do it. It's neither a commitment nor a promise, but I'll do my best to stick to it.

Thanks to the few who took the time to read the previous pages despite the long wait, I hope this comic will continue to interest you in the future.

The first meeting between Frisk and Chara is coming !
