Hey :) I just started swimming again( I quit for a long while..). The stroke I am best at is backstroke. What tips do you have for someone just starting out again? Thanks :)
Swim a lot! It will suck at first when you feel out of shape, but just keep working hard in practice (if you’re on a team). Do some long easy sets at first, and then gradually push yourself so you’re out of your comfort zone. You got this!
