sometimes i get bothered that people say “i can’t believe i didn't see it coming” well of course not,

1) you probably didn’t check in much on said person. Not saying you HAVE to, but when’s the last time you checked on your friends? 

2) Its not like we advertise how we feel.. In fact its the opposite, we aren’t going to say how we feel. We don’t want to be a burden to anyone, we are going to say “I’m good” smile, and change the subject. 

even if we don’t talk about it, we are glad people are checking in on us.
