You know there’s a bunch of that idea with ovenbreak gingerbrave could go:
1. He lives alone and doesn’t really interact with anyone unless he absolutely has to, and even then it’s short and curt. He doesn’t necessarily hate the world but has come to distrust it and everyone in it.
He eventually crumbles of old age and it’s one of the guardians of nature (since I don’t think they’ve ever actually been horrible to him) who buries him since nobody noticed.
2. He dies in battle. He goes out on dangerous missions over and over again not caring about his health cause he doesn’t really have anything he cares to return to. Eventually he crumbles from this.
3. If ultimate could exist in ovenbreak, gingerbrave doesn’t resist fusing with him. Why would he? Ultimate is right; he is constantly used and mistreated by cookies. He’s insulted and left for dead and betrayed. And almost none of that comes from the CoD or other enemies. Why would he want to return to that?
This dooms the timeline as the ultimate cookie razes earthbread pushing the few survivors to the very edge. Someone goes to time keeper (maybe gingerbright?) only for her to shrug and say she can’t fix it, and that it’s better to just cut it off. So she does.
wind archer actually adressed that they shouldn’t be going through this, it would be cool if he becomes an afterlife spirit that guides brave and honorable cookies to a happy afterlife aka “going to nature” and I actually made a concept of a happy ending tuc that accepts it’s time and goes back to nature turning white and becoming a hopeful spirit that when it comes close to old cookies times will reassure them, imagine them as a duo (it could also work for ob, idk)
I would wanna actually know what would happen if tuc and gb merged, would he actually loose himself or would his bravery be so strong he becomes a dominant part in them and keeps part of his memories, that would be cool to explore, also he doesn’t have that bad of a terrible relationship with the CoD as kingdom, sure they did awful stuff but let’s be honest gb was treated way worse by his own god damn friends that most likely if crob gb and Dec met most likely his ass would join her since he has no reliable good influences to stop him and most likely gingercraven is crob or crk gb that joined Dec because like I said they share the same ideals (hating on the witches) the only problem is that crk Dec was too ambitious and god awful crazy for crk gb to actually join her, crob gb on the other hand most likely would get interested and you know it would be funny if after they team up crob dec changes her personality abit to be nicer to crob gb and maybe her allies but still be an absolute menace to everyone else (this gave me a crob au idea holy shit)
Since gb and Dec are one in the same and are like 2 sides of a coin plus the only other half’s (I’ve discussed many times how they’re part other half’s) to be alive in 2 timelines, so do something with that, what sucks is that while crk Dec took interest in gb since they’re similar, crob Dec couldn’t care less about it
it’s so funny yet so sad because there’s so much potential holy shit, I NEED THEM TO MEET UP DEVSISTERS- (I’ll probably have to make a seperate post just about them and their constant parallels because omg Devsisters you are blind as hell to this huge potential)
