10/10 would lose his appetite, and his sleep whenever you're seen cozy and besotted with another driver.
also would just turn right around. would literally go the opposite way whenever you're mentioned in conversations in that admiring and familiar way; in awe, in love, and with so much joy.
could be lewis just rambling to his mechanics or his press agent about what you two have been up to; how you're literally the most interesting and funny person in the world, and how he's so incredibly happy he's with you.
or when carlos engages lando in a riveting conversation of how your eyes just sparkle so beautifully, or how you have the biggest and purest heart, which he adores. or when lando would respond excitedly, how he thinks you're the most beautiful woman he ever laid eyes upon, or how he just cannot wait to see you again.
or when he'd catch the way mick speaks to you, lost in conversation, eyes squinting from laughter and happiness, and everything fades to noise.
or when lance would, in his pre-race tradition, if not speak to you— just be lost in the photographs in his phone, recalling a certain moment with you to make his nerves calm.
