I’m not joking but i actually think this whole Ticketmaster situation is the single biggest scandal in swiftie history I have no words for how it’s been managed it’s the worst thing I’ve witnessed in the ticketing space

I have been a huge Taylor Swift fan for over half of my life at this point. I have been to every single tour, on the floor, without having to buy resale tickets. I even got pit tickets during the LoverFest presale. I never had to wait hours to get those tickets - today I waited over 4 hours to get nosebleeds. Without hyperbole, today was an avoidable shitshow and the worst presale process I have ever experienced from Ticketmaster or anywhere else. This is not okay. Ticketmaster knew how many codes they sent out - they knew exactly how many people were going to be logging on and exactly at which times. They have been exposed in the past for buying their own tickets and selling them to scalpers for intensely gauged prices to make an ever bigger profit. They are multi-billion dollar corporation. They are a monopoly and this should not be allowed. Yes, the demand for Taylor is unprecedented. That does not negate all of my previous points. Today's shitshow was avoidable.
