26-year-old Jamarion Robinson’s grandmother Beverly Nixon said her grandson was bipolar and schizophrenic. Still got shot 76 (!!!) times. Would a white person get the same treatment?

The witness said he saw more than a dozen patrol cars at the complex where US Marshals killed Robinson on August 5, 2016. Why were there no behavioral specialist? Surely one of them would know how to interact with a bipolar schizophrenic better than the police.

I’m absolutely disgusted.

A Letter to My Swiftie Family

My parents got a call from the neurosurgeon yesterday saying that, instead of doing the brain surgery that I need in order to survive longer, they are ending my treatment due to my condition. He says that I would not survive the surgery and I should do everything I can to enjoy however much time I have left. I am heartbroken.

My biggest dream, besides getting a follow from @taylorswift, is to get my degree in social work so I will continue my studies from home until it’s no longer an option. Hopefully when this quarantine ends, I can travel back home to Colombia and spend time with my family that still lives there.

Finally, I want to thank everyone for continuing to be my friend and supporting me. Without my Swiftie family, I feel like I’d be so much more sad right now. But all of you are keeping me strong.
