LibreOffice

I was a bit dubious about how good this is compared to Microsoft Office and after two weeks, I am completely sold. Besides the obvious benefits of being free and cross-platform, I am finding that it is actually better than Microsoft Office in terms of features and productivity.

One warning though: it's best to build complex documents from scratch in LibreOffice instead of importing from Microsoft Office.
