This mornings workout:
21/17/13/9/7/5 reps of 20kg kettlebell swings with 7 x 44.5kg sandbag power cleans in-between each set.
1.5mi run afterwards on treadmill at 6.5mph.
Workouts are getting better and slightly helping my sanity. I need to get a 10kg kettlebell and a 30kg kettlebell to get better results and have more options.
