okay so i think im going to track weight and calories for a little while, because that’s how i lost weight before. it’s hard because im working full time now.  i never understood how hard it is to work out when you do that.  plus, i’m on my feet at work all the time so my body is tired at the end of the day, too. we’ll see how it goes though
