30 Things To Do Alone
Go for a walk. I've been trying to reach 10k steps daily.
Read a book, article, or blog... just like you're doing right now. ;)
Watch a tv show. I'm currently watching Gilmore girls.
Watch the sunset/sunrise. I prefer sunsets.
Try a youtube workout. Daisy Keech is my favorite!
Do your nails. Nice nails make a vast difference in my opinion.
Go to the grocery store and buy some snacks that you've never tried before.
Try a new recipe. I'm trying carrot cake oatmeal later!
Write a letter to your future self. <3
Test old pens and throw away the dry ones.
Make a birthday wishlist. one of my favorite things to do when I'm bored and have nothing to do.
Take the 16 Personalities test. I'm an ENFP :)
Make a bucket list. I just started writing my autumn bucket list!
Research something or watch a video essay on youtube. One of my favorite channels at the moment is Mina Le.
Make a mood/vision board. You can check out my Twitter or Tumblr for some inspiration.
Scroll Pinterest for the next 6+ hours; we've all been there.
Take a long bath. Do a full skin/hair care routine.
Cut/dye your hair. I just cut curtain bangs, and I'm loving it!!
Bake something for a loved one; I made lemon-poppy seed cookies for my Dad.
Create a new playlist. I've started making an autumn playlist, lol.
Make a photo wall. I made one last year and still love it!
Accomplished your to-do list, and you'll feel great once you're done.
Get rid of old clothes, make room for new stuff.
Go to a new coffee shop and get something to try.
Learn how to crochet. I made a sweater for my dog, lmao.
Make yourself a drink, like a tea, coffee, or smoothie!
Declutter your digital space. (emails, photos, apps, etc...)
Make your room cozy and take a nap, or just relax for a bit.
Plan some outfits and look for things to buy online.
Apply a facemask and watch a coming-of-age movie. (my guilty pleasure, lol..)

some of my habits to stay healthy (body and mind) 🧘♀️🌿✨
have a set routine for every day (as i love it i always stick to it and i'm used to it)
exercise 5 days a week
rest from exercise 2 days
stretch before and after exercise
do at least 5 minutes of yoga every day (simple but effective exercises)
keeping track of my exercise (i like to be organized)
go for a run or walk in the evening, after lunch
incorporate to my diet foods such as: salmon, avocado, chia seeds (which i usually take every day) quinoa
always carry a bottle of water with me
drink a cup of tea a day (red, green, matcha, black, white, among my favorites) after meals
keep a record of my days, emotions, and feelings, in a diary (written and virtual)
meditate when I wake up and before going to bed
always keep my environment tidy as i like it
light incense (helps me to relax)
a lukewarm shower before going to sleep (helps me with the stress of the day or to feel better)
listening to positive affirmations and writing them down (i write down 5 for the morning and 5 for the evening)
spending time outdoors looking for new things to do
listen to or watch videos of people who inspire me and help me to keep improving my life

Literally! I did fine last semester, but this one will be totally different. I'll put 200% of effort in each class of uni. Because, if not me then who? Creating my empire is all I need, and in order to do that, this girly must be intelligent and well educated in every way possible.
Currently deciding whether buy a new phone or clothes at the end of this year.
Can I ask you to give breakfast ideas that are easy to make and healthy ?🫶🏽
i like to have fruit smoothies or natural orange juice for breakfast, i don't usually eat anything but from time to time i have toast with tomato or avocado and ham, i also used to have croissant for breakfast
teas are also very good idea especially if you exercise, red tea before exercise helps you burn more calories and black tea before meals helps you digest them better, i also love to drink matcha tea if i go out to a nice coffee shop for breakfast
some other ideas:
cereal with fruits, combination of red fruits (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries) toast with peanut butter and banana slices, oatmeals, iced coffee…

The self-care 101
You've been trying to build a routine or have been trying to get back on track but just don't know where to start? lets me help you out <3
Step one Personal hygiene:
first up are a few things that you should do daily! <3
Brushing your teeth, flossing, and mouthwash twice a day.
Showering either in the morning or in the evening.
shaving and lotion if you feel like it (my fav)
skincare twice a day, in the morning and before going to bed.
Perfect! now at first, this may seem a bit overwhelming, especially if you struggle with depression, but sticking to this will already do a lot-
Simple skincare:
my last point was skincare, so I'll give you a little run-through on a simple and affordable routine; obviously, I can't promise that this will work for you, but we gotta start somewhere, right? :)
morning:
Dove beauty cream bar works really well for me (costs like 1 €).
Neutrogena hydro boost aqua cream as moisturizer (10 €).
Any SPF that works for you, I use the la Roche-posay one (15 €).
night:
Dove beauty cream bar.
The ordinary glycolic acid as a toner (10 €).
The ordinary Niacinemid + Zinc (7 €).
and the Neutrogena moisturizer again.
This should be a good start! :)
Step two healthy habits:
mental health plays a massive role in self-care, so I have listed a few things that might help you feel a little bit better; building actual habits takes time, though, so don't stress about it too much, and just try sticking to a few! :)
Eat breakfast.
Take vitamins in the morning (Vitamin D, Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, Iron, Folate/Folic acid, and Vitamin B-12, to list a few)
go for a daily walk.
Do a youtube yoga or stretch video.
Listen to a positive playlist or podcast.
No technology for 30 minutes.
Read 10 pages of any book.
Study something you're interested in for 15 minutes.
Write down 3 positive affirmations.
Make a to-do list.
Try a new recipe each week.
Make a grocery list.
take your time and try being consistent; eventually, you will get to where you want to be; you can do it! <3

I’m about to dive head first into my renaissance girl era. Devouring books, feverishly learning languages, working through my watch list of films and adding entries to my film journal, discovering new music, buying new art supplies and painting more regularly, filming and editing vlogs simply for my own personal consumption without posting them, diving more into the art of cooking and even treating my entire look as an art form. ꒰ 🍒 ꒱Wanna know why your sp doesn't reach out? because that's your dominant thought ꒰ 🍒 ꒱You look in the mirror and still don't look like your df? that's cause your dominant thoughts are that your face doesn't look like your df ꒰ 🍒 ꒱wanna know why you are still broke? well you guessed it BECAUSE THAT'S YOUR DOMINANT THOUGHT ABOUT MONEY but the good news is that changing your dominant thoughts is easy. Here's what @meraskiii says which is perfect imo.
Its crucial to understand that your subconscious mind is ruled by repeated thoughts, consistency and persistence. You cant move around this, this is the only way your subconscious mind works. All you need is affirming, persisting and repetition/consistency.
Repeating Affirmations+Persisting+Being consistent=New assumption=Dominant thought=Fruition
꒰ 🍒 ꒱Manifesting isn't a skill that you have to master, you are ALWAYS manifesting. you either manifested your sp to love you or you manifested them not reaching out to you,and both are the fruition of your dominant thoughts. ꒰ 🍒 ꒱ what you are seeing rn is what your dominant thoughts are. Change your thoughts change your life.

when it comes to manifesting and stepping into your dream life, the actual law of assumption part is super easy.
decide what you want
claim that you have it
persist
you don't need anything else.
what can take a bit more effort and discipline is making sure that you feel calm and are not standing in your own way. ofc you can manifest things even while overthinking, stressing, panicking etc. literally nothing can ruin your manifestation if you say so. but i'm sure we all prefer to be feeling good so here are some of my personal tips.
do things you love that are not related to the law just for the sake of feeling good
spend some quality time on your own when you're feeling good (no phone or laptop allowed, just get to know yourself a bit)
take care of your body and space
create some routine that feels good to you
find what calms you down and do it (eg. breathwork, tapping, going on walks, yoga, meditation, journaling, singing...)
when you feel any negative emotion and you can't just move on from it, give yourself time to let it out (journaling, listening to angry music, talking to yourself...) and once you feel it's 'burned' then move on
generally, just learn to listen to yourself and do what feels good
the law will always be here for you. it won't go away. you're not ruining anything. life is long if it's lived intentionally. everything will turn out well always.
rowena tsai's channel helped me a lot with adjusting my mindset and living a better life way before i knew about the law. she is not loa based, so take what she says in some of the vids with a grain of salt. but she's incredibly self-aware, introspective and kind-hearted. here are some of my favourite videos of hers:

i also recommend this summary of the book atomic habits. it's more for building the discipline within yourself in general.
the law works on its own. the law is a natural part of our experience. by using it consciously nothing has changed, you only know that you can use it in your favour. just like the continent of america existed before it was discovered, the law worked for you before you knew about it as well. don't take too much responsibility for everything. it works naturally, you're just choosing the direction where you wanna be headed from now on.
i know there are a lot of suggestions and links in this post. but please don't let it overwhelm you even more. you don't have to do these things, i'm just sharing what helped me. the core of this post is to listen to yourself and do what feels good. that is the only thing i'm actually asking you to do.

how to stop negative spiralling & overthinking
ofc, you can manifest anything even while overthinking. but it's annoying af so let's get rid of it.
your brain is like an algorithm. it presents you with random topics and observes what you interact with. the topics and thoughts with your highest engagement are the ones that will be shown to you more frequently automatically.
your brain doesn't care whether it's true or not. it's just a "content". (the same way yt will shower you with videos about flat earth if you start watching them.) remember that. you can make your brain believe anything. it's you who labels statements as truth or a lie.
here are some actual steps:
stop identifying with being an overthinker. you are not. no matter what.
as soon as you catch yourself spiralling, stop it. cut it off just because you can. and you fcking can. it's your mind. who has more power, you or your thoughts that couldn't exist without you? ofc, you do. remind yourself that it was all lies. (even if you still kinda believe those doubts, label them as lies anyway)
accept that you just spiralled and that it doesn't matter. you are still not an overthinker. it won't ruin your manifestation. it was just a blooper. it was just a speck of dirt in a palm of a god. it's insignificant.
tell yourself a few affirmations that signify your desired outcome. you can repeat 1-3 of them or just brainstorm a few new ones. you don't have to believe them. but still, say them to yourself and label them as true. (even if you don't fully believe that it's the true yet) this shouldn't last long. just calm yourself down a little bit. for a minute or two.
give yourself something nice to think about. something random that doesn't have anything to do with your manifestation. name as many things that you're grateful for as you can, think about your loved ones and go to specific things you love about them, think about your fave book/tv show and tell yourself the story as if you've never seen it before, brainstorm pet/baby names, name things you love about each season, or anything else that works for you. essentially spiral yourself into simple positivity.
you're gonna get better at this with practice and eventually, you're gonna stop spiralling completely. you'll naturally fully accept that all those doubts, worries and old stories have no significance. you simply won't allow yourself to engage with them cuz they're so below you that it's ridiculous.
of course, this works even for non-manifestation-related spirals.
that goes from a girl that used to cry herself to sleep and now her mind is a heaven on earth. (as well as her life) and i promise yours will be too 💗

Practice humanitarian work by donating your time to prepare meals for the less fortunate and hands to send notes to assisted living homes.
Smile at children. Smiles, no matter how they look, are unforgettable.

Give appreciation for tasks others do for you, whether it’s their job or not. Adding “so much” after thank you, maintaining eye contact and being gentle receiving something can leave lasting impressions on others.
Allow others to save face. If someone is having a bad day and people are piling on them, allow them to save face by giving them a chance to get through their day without reproach from you, because what others don’t do is more noticeable than you think.
Allow yourself to be helped and don’t be afraid to help. We sometimes feel bad asking for help for the fear of seeming weak or stupid when the person waiting for you to ask is glad that you finally did. Lastly, the worst word someone can say to you if you think they need help is “no”.
