It's really frustrating to be my age and terrified of someone you haven't seen in years. Like I go to areas of town and anxiety runs through me. What if I run into them, god is that their car, do they know where I live, what if they call me one day, what if I'm alone when they pull in the same parking lot as me, I have them blocked on social media, Jesus Christ what if they try to contact me through someone else again, does everyone notice I'm constantly checking my back in stores. Will I ever have relief, will I live forever with this demon.
