Little!Val and Nik HC's ( because I have feelings thinking about them)

When she first met Nik, Valerie was very hesitant and stuck to her mothers skirt like glue. Not due to the fact he’s a wolf but mainly because she had a dream that involved a monster that looked like him. It was after she “accidentally” spilled her water on him did she find out she were safe. 

When he comes over their house and Valerie answers the door, she never lets him in until he says the password ( of course one he doesn’t know due to her never telling him). It takes Lofn coming out to the door for Valerie to finally let him in. 

No matter if she and her mother are at his residence or he’s at theirs, if dinner is on the late side, Val will act out her favourite books and sometime have Nik join her. Even if he never read them. 

Whenever they go out for a meal and she gets a colouring book, she always asks for an extra one for  Nik. If she’s denied, she’ll often pass up hers or swipe the extra anyway and give it to him once they were home. 

One week Nik was Valeries show an tell. Prior to having him come into her class, she told her classmates that she knew the big bad wolf and fabricated all of this stuff he’d done ( including eat red riding hood AND the three little pigs) therefore when he came in, all of her classmates ran out screaming. Of course this led to a call to Lofn and having Valerie sent home. 

Whenever she and her mother go on an outing, whether it’s into town or another realm, Valerie always asks Nik to join them. If he can’t, she’ll ask that they go another time when he can. 99% of the time Lofn postpones.

Random Headcanons(?) for Lofn & Nikoli

 Past

Lofn and Nikoli met centuries ago not long after her sister Freyja had gotten her out of her final marriage. It was a night during the full moon.  He (possibly) seen her as prey while she seen him as a lost creature. Even despite being in recovery from the ill- treatment she endured, she managed to show him kindness.  Air. The moment her siblings were sleeping, that’s what she had gone out to get. Knowing the woods were safe due to others finding them dangerous, it was the deepest part she roamed. That’s where she met the wolf.  Believing he were hungry, her only piece of honey bread she bought with her she allowed him to have and enjoy. After assuring him she would be of no disturbance to him, she and disappeared for the night.

A few days later the two met again. This time in broad daylight in town. Lofn was out with Freyja when she had bumped into him (literally).  Nonstop she apologized, quickly noticing the familiarity about him. After she apologized, and introductions were over with, the two conversed for a while before it was time for her to go. Over time, against her siblings wishes, Lofn had seen more and more of Nikoli. While she was in no shape or form ready to be involved with anyone again, she did enjoy his friendship. Eventually overtime, Lofn did find herself having feelings for him. But before she could express them, hunters had caused she and her family to flee. Causing her to leave him behind forever. Until today.

Then

Lofn and Nikoli reunited at charity event Freyja had thrown to raise money for the local Children’s Hospital. Neither of them could truly believe they were truly seeing each other again.  As they took the time to catch up, it was there did Nik meet Lofns younger (adopted) daughter Valerie ( if you want her in the verse).  It was also there did Lofn finally tell him all the things she couldn’t those centuries ago. She never anticipated on doing so but due to the chance of never seeing him again after that evening, she wanted and needed him to know.

Now

Today, Nik and Lofn continue to see each other each day.  Although Valerie still isn’t the most comfortable around him, for her mother she stays on her best behaviour and treats him with the respect he deserves. Although their relationship isn’t new, the two kind of treat it as if it is. They go on dates when they can, or even just have a relaxing evening in. Although they aren’t, they kind of are a little family.

Random Headcanons for Mathieu & Janae

During their journey back to his pack, whenever Mathieu would see that Janae was getting tired, if they were on foot, he’d shift just for her so she could rest and sleep. And if she doesn’t, he makes her by literally tossing her onto his back.

Mathieu was very protective of Janae before he started having feelings for her. Before it was because she was an important piece to his family’s / packmates recovery, but now, it’s because he truly cares about her. During their journey he has shown this various of times. Times that included individuals getting punched in the mouth for mouthing off to her or just being disrespectful.

When Janae is mad at him, Mathieu is completely unbothered. He’ll usually do one of two things. Carry on conversation as if everything is okay or let her be angry until she’s gotten over it or cooled down in general.

Stitching flesh wasn’t on her list of most favorite things. In fact if they weren’t being hunted as they were she could have stitched this up in seconds. She wasn’t sure if they could scent that out or if they were using something that heightened the scent that magic use left behind and she knew her healing potions left behind strong scents. 

Fingers pinched skin closed at the needle did most of the work. The last thing she needed was him bleeding all over the place, but she knew,and he knew she knew, he’d shrug it off. 

Glancing behind her where his gaze was she snipped the thread and roughly pushed gauze against the cut. Haphazardly taping it down she sucked air through her teeth. 

“Don’t stretch that side too much. Give it a few hours, the stitches will fall out once it heals.”

moved to texas in 2018, got kicked out the house in 2019 (she needed her and her kids space back apparently), jobless for almost three months because of that, now were under fucking quarantine. my year has been peachy. hows yall???

{about alexander 001. }

being an immortal human has taken a huge toll on him. especially mentally for a while he was alone. when he met haliah he knew he wanted to be around her but he didn’t know how. even to this day when they are outside the home he awkwardly follows her around. she’s his comfort zone. so in the house one could imagine how cuddled up they are all the time. 

diana : he taught her a mean right hook. she was a soft kid growing up. as she grew older and more beautiful he saw how boys flocked to the house. he might not go outside, but around the neighbor hood folks would whisper about him standing on the porch with a gun when anyone so much as wanted diana’s class notes. 

liam : for a while liam and alexander didn’t get along. they were two totally different people. liam was an extrovert always wanting to help and be apart. alexander was an introvert and couldn’t find anything to bond with liam over. so instead he taught liam everything he knows, liam is huge history nerd because of it. 

sade : his little girl is the spitting image of haliah with all his tendencies. when he’s not cuddling with haliah he could be found lounging on the couch with sade watching whatever show was on at the time. she is spoiled rotten by him and she knows it. 

haliah : he’d give her the world if he could. he doesn’t mind the reversed “gender roles” of the house. it benefits him and helps him ease his thoughts. he likes greeting her at the door, helping her undress ( his favorite part) and wind down for the evening. he cooks, cleans. all the methodical work, haliah knows, keeps his mind at ease. when he’s relaxed enough their sex life prospers.
