chandler
the crisp air that moved onto the campus made chandler excited. thanksgiving was probably one of her favorite holiday’s and believe it or not she actually sorta missed her family. her nose and cheeks were bright red because knowing chandler, she dressed for the destination more so than the journey to. as she stepped into the overly heated vestibule at Starbucks her glasses immediately fogged up rendering her temporarily blind. before she knew it, her small frame knocked into another sending her and her sketches to the floor. “ooof” was all she could manage as she found herself struggling to take in air.
as usual, vincenzo wasn’t paying attention to where he was walking. having traveled the countless times over the past four years, he had no trouble finding his way. in fact, it was almost like his feet were just guiding him. of course, the fact that he wasn’t paying attention led to many angry glares, none of which he saw. just like how he didn’t see the girl until it was too late, and they were colliding. the force wasn’t enough to knock him over, but he stumbled back a step- a loud laugh escaping his mouth as he was brought back to reality. “shit my bad,” he addressed the girl, reaching down to offer a hand, “i should really pay attention to where i’m going.”
