Introducing Mod Sylveon! (feat. the rules)

Hey hey, everyone!

You can call me Mod Sylveon, I’m the only mod on this blog! You may also know me as Mod Ibuki over on @miodas-dr-imagines​. If you don’t know me, and also like Danganronpa, I encourage you to take a peek! Here’s a few things about me you gotta know:

I go by all pronouns, including all neopronouns.

My character limit is three.

I only write for the gameverse, but if a character isn’t very developed in a game, I will look to their anime counterpart for help with writing their personality.

Requests featuring characters I feel I can write well may get done quicker.

I’m okay with writing romantic headcanons/scenarios for child characters, but I will choose which of those requests I accept very carefully.

Cilan is somewhat of an exception to the gameverse rule. If you request something for Cilan, specify whether you mean game Cilan or anime Cilan!

If you request something for Wally, specify whether you mean Hoenn Wally or Alola Wally.

You’ve tried making the same dish four times now, and every attempt has turned out either way too overcooked or way too undercooked.

You can hardly follow directions on a box. How is your food going to impress a chef as esteemed and renowned as Siebold?

Sweet Arceus, this was more tiresome than you anticipated.

You had been training up your team day and night so you could challenge your girlfriend to a Pokémon battle (and actually stand a chance).

You had heard horror stories from the local children about her terrifying Garchomp and how it had swept their entire team. You bet Cynthia would be super impressed if you managed to take down her Garchomp.

You didn’t want to be the next Champion, you just wanted her to be proud of you.

You smiled at your Pokémon, all tuckered out from the training regiment.

“I think that’s enough for today,” you said. “Thia’s going to flip when she sees how much we’ve improved! In a good way, that is.”

This man fell in love with you almost immediately.

It wasn’t love at first sight, more like love at first Pokémon battle.

The first time you and your Pokémon absolutely decked his team, his first thought was, “Arceus, I’m gonna marry this person.” Gordie was seriously impressed.

He wasn’t going to let you beat him again, though.

When most people talk about doing couple things, they usually mean holding hands, kissing, cuddling, etc.

But when it comes to you and Gordie, you mean Pokémon battles. He gets a bit flustered when you try provoking him, and you find it super adorable.

“”Aw, c’mon, that's all you got, sweetheart?” you laugh.

You’re grateful to have found a boyfriend just as competitive as you. Gordie made battling fun again!

Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but one thing’s for certain.

You’re going to stick by Gordie’s side, no matter how many Full Restores he makes you use.

He’s never met anyone who could talk to Pokémon before. He has so many questions.

How did you find out you could do this? Were you born with this power, or did you learn it? If you learned it, who taught you? Can he learn?

Your main job is to occasionally act as a translator between Hop and his team. He mostly understands what his Pokémon are trying to communicate through charming games of charades, but he likes having you around as an extra helping hand.

During your downtime, you like to gossip with them, turning to Hop and letting him know the gist of it when needed.

You two know all about the drama that happened between those Nickits on Route Two.

Hop’s Pokémon have come to see you as a guardian, they feel especially safe around you because you…

They cling to you and Hop like you’re their parents, and frankly, you think it’s super adorable.

As for regions, I write for all main-series regions except for Kanto. I also write for Pasio!

As for characters, there are so many I can't really keep track! The only important thing you need to know is I don't write for PerfectWorldShipping (Lysandre x Sycamore) that's really my only hard limit.

She got you a Dragonair plushie once. It hasn’t left your neck since.

Whenever you see a Pokémon you think is cute, you always point it out to her.

You two seemed so professional when you were together. You called each other by your last names, the most affection they’ve seen you two give each other was a hand shake, they never would’ve guessed that you were dating.

And when you mentioned going on a date after work, the gang was rightfully curious.

“Ooo, Mx. l/n is going on a date!” Shauna squealed. “With who? With who?”

“Why, the professor, of course. Who else?”

The silence that followed your casual statement was deafening. Calem was the first to break it.

“...You’re dating Professor Sycamore?”

“You didn’t know?” you chuckled.

Best friend headcanons for Acerola

Sorry for taking forever, dear. I wanted to write this a while ago, but it was too hard to think. I'm getting back into the swing of things, though!

Two words: Urban. Exploration.

...Which is just a fancy term for ‘trespassing.’

You first met her while you were snooping around the abandoned Thrifty Megamart.

She actually scared you a little bit because you thought she was a ghost.

Truth be told, you were a bit wary around her Palossand at first. You had heard rumors of it pulling its prey down into the sand and sucking out their souls.

But Acerola’s Pokémon turned out to be real sweethearts, just like Acerola herself!

You both enjoy telling ghost stories late into the night.

Sometimes you get spooked by things that go ‘bump’ in the night, but most of the time, it’s just one of her Pokémon.

Don’t worry, Anon, I remember this scene! I’m pretty sure I just got past it? I’m at Whitney’s Gym right now, so wish me luck. ;v;

Ethan pulled Lyra into the daycare center by the hand. He greeted the old woman at the counter. “Hi, Grandma! This is Lyra, she’s my friend. Lyra, this is my grandma.”

“I see,” said his grandma. “So is she your girlfriend?”

“What? No, of course not! We’re just friends.”

Lyra let go of her friend’s/rival’s hand and nodded in agreement. “We’re just friends, Ma’am. Promise.”

Ethan chuckled. “Don’t mind Grandma. She says that every time I tell her about a girl.” He gestured towards the Pokémon in the daycare. “But hey, the Pokémon are cute, huh?”

Lyra turned to face where he pointed. She smiled, gazing at a fluffy Mareep bouncing around and chasing a Sentret.

“Pokémon always do the most interesting things...oh, I almost forgot!” Ethan took a pencil and scrap of paper out of his pocket. He quickly scribbled something down and handed it to Lyra.

“Here’s my Pokégear number. I’ll let you know if my Pokémon do anything interesting.”

Ethan looked at his grandmother at the sound of her laugh. “Grandma, don’t. Say. a word. We’re trainers, we’re supposed to exchange numbers.”

He glanced back at the girl next to him and shrugged, a shrug that seemed to say, ‘Eh, what can you do?’ and headed out of the daycare.

“Bye, Lyra! See you later!”

Lyra stared at the door that had just closed. She turned to her friend’s grandma. “Can I tell you a secret?”

Her face lit up. “Oh, I love secrets! I’m darn good at keeping them as well!”

The young girl walked closer to the counter and lowered her voice. “Ethan isn’t my boyfriend, but...I do have a pretty big crush on him.”

“Haha!” the daycare lady laughed. “I knew there was something between you two!”

“Well, I mean, not exactly? I don’t think he even likes me back.”

“You’re a fine young lady, Lyra. if my grandson isn’t already head over heels for you, he will be in due time.”

Lyra stopped to think for a moment. Her mother had taught her to always respect her elders, and who was she to say that this elder was wrong?

“Yeah, you’re probably right.” she said. “Thanks, Ethan’s grandma! Bye!” She hurried her way out the door.

Ethan’s grandma laughed again. “Kids these days grow up so fast!”

Colress with a scary-looking Dark-type trainer s/o who’s actually really sweet

You. I like you. You have good taste.

You looked pretty scary at first glance to most, some may even say mean.

Yet somehow you managed to steal the heart of the nerdiest scientist in the whole region who didn’t even seem to notice how handsome he was.

You truly cared about your Pokémon, quickly healing them after a tough battle and feeding them the most delicious food you could find.

And most battles weren’t exactly a breeze, considering you trained exclusively Dark-types, but you knew that your Pokémon would never let you down.

Especially your Umbreon, who’s been with you since he was an Eevee.

Umbreon liked Colress. He curled up in his lap every chance he got and always tried to look for him whenever he wasn’t around.

Sometimes you joked about how Umbreon liked Colress more than he liked you, but your Pokémon were loyal to you, and you were so grateful for that.

But it looked like you had your signature Pokémon’s blessing, so all that was left to do was wait for your boyfriend to get you that ring.

Because Arceus knew you weren’t proposing. Those rings cost an arm and a leg.
