Trailer speculation, possible future episode spoilers ahead!

So I’ve been rewatching the teaser and the trailer somewhat obsessively as of late…

and why isn’t anyone talking about the possibility that the trio is going to be separated and Annabeth is going to be lost in the Fields of Asphodel???

So… this location is the Fields of Asphodel, right? I’ve seen other people calling it as such, and it fits- dark, barren, black grass and trees, and the shades which seem to be actual statues in this iteration. In this clip from the trailer, we see the trio walking through the fields...

...followed by the boys running, no Annabeth in sight. Perhaps because they've become separated and are searching for her?

In the next shot, they run into a shade:

which looks just like the one we see Annabeth looking at in a clip from the teaser.

But we know that they won’t reunite for a while- because when we see the approach to Hades’ palace and the meeting with Hades himself…

It’s still just Percy and Grover.

So yeahhhh IDK what kind of side quest Annabeth is gonna go on in the Underworld but I’m excited and also kind of VERY SCARED that the trio is going to be apart!!!

I mean I know Annabeth will be totally fine, it’s the boys’ ability to survive without her I’m worried about abvshgshsjsbd-

RE: The NYCC Panel and Sneak Peek

Hey folks! Thought I'd let you know that the PJO D+ panel at NYCC will be streamed for free right here :) Also thought I'd manage some expectations real quick- we won't see the sneak peek here. At most, we'll get the audio, but the screen will be blacked out. Honestly though we all know someone in the audience is going to record it anyway so- And, of course, the cast and crew will not be there due to the ongoing strikes. Currently no indication of who's going to be presenting and filling the rest of that hour-long panel. And as a reminder, the WGA and SAG-AFTA have not called for a boycott! So you are not crossing any picket lines by watching this panel. In fact, some showing your interest in productions like this may actually help prove to studios that listening to the guilds' requests is worthwhile!

Again, streamed for free- you don't have to buy a digital ticket. I made that mistake last year with The Mysterious Benedict Society, may that show rest in peace- save that $30 for emotional impulse purchases after the finale!
