IDC if you believe the spiritual mechanism behind someone's plurality. Refusing to acknowledge someone when they say they're in front of you is a dick move, period.
Please please please everyone take care of yourself first. No drama, no debate, no discourse is worth sacrificing your own wellbeing over. You don't want to end up trying to poor from an empty cup.
Syscourse unfortunately commonly ends up as a form of emotional sh. Sometimes that can be beneficial if it is what keeps one away from more dangerous forms but it can also push someone who is struggling further into crisis. It is ok to take a break. Syscourse isn't going anywhere if you want to come back to it later. But you always come first.
And if you see it getting worse, even if its not for the entire system, don't be afraid to reach out for support. How you plan for your safety is based on the member of your system that is doing the worst. Even if it makes things harder for the other alters who aren't in crisis it is a group effort to aid alters who may be in crisis. Even if that means getting them off the internet and away from spaces that harm them.
Every single one of you is important and valuable no matter how you have been hurt or how you have hurt others. Everyone deserves basic respect and support. Though importantly not everyone can give that support and should not be experienced to. That goes back to not pouring from an empty cup.
Now everyone let me welcome your unofficial emotional support puppy :)
Hey syscourse? Hug your friends today. Even if it's just a digital hug. Make sure they know they're loved and valued

Endogenic systems can have trauma too... It just isnt the cause of their system. This has been gone over many times.
I do feel sorry for CDD systems who think everyone who's non-traumagenic or pro-endo is constantly out to get them.
That stress and paranoia probably feels awful. I hope that someday they realize that isn't the case and find some peace. /gen
speaking of antiendos,,,, does anyone else find those "actually plural" "actually a system" "actually osdd" tags really weird and uncomfortable? or am i just a woke liberal . idk man they just rub me the wrong way

you see it in other communities too like #actually autistic and #actually bpd and such, it's more of a signifier that the person talking isn't talking from a place without experience of such things.
If read the wrong way we can see how it seems a bit uppity/snobbish/youre not a REAL x. But we've always read it as the above. Maybe that's the difference?
Just offering a different perspective that we hope helps, we do understand though!
@syscurs3d will contain more syscourse than here, it is also made specifically for the syscourse thunderdome.
We did want this blog to focus more so on our origins than syscourse... hmm.
I'm going to be nice here and just screenshot the post and not reblog... (though my cofronter wants to. It was in the syscourse tag after all)

But. This says a lot to us tbh.
1. "Pretending to have alters" that's been gone over many times so we don't feel a need to say any more than: nah that's not what is going on.
2. They ARE friends, actually. And yes even if they get annoying it is the same as physical bodied friends doing so because they won't shut up either sometimes.
3. Have you tried being friends with your alters? Isn't it healthier if you learn to work together regardless of goals (fusion/functional. Etc.) ? Wouldn't it be EASIER if you were friends with them?
It really sounds like some people just hate their system so much they refuse to find any joy in it.
You hinder your own happiness by treating sysmates as incapable of being friends.
We will probably not be on here too much.
But we really hope to post more soon.
Thank you.
