Season 10, Week 3, Snapshots
Hey guys, so sorry I wasn't able to post last week's snapshots. But here are the snapshots from this past episode!
I also added a few of my own personal comments. Note: they are just my opinions, feel free to disagree as you please.
Great pair. Amy and Fikshun do not have to worry about making it to top 10!
Notable broadway routine by Spencer Liff. Such character and grace, both the "giants" of season 10 brought.
Pretty choppy in the beginning, but picked up in the end. Music was an okay match. Not very extra-ordinary, but did well for what it was. Good storyline- but could have been choreographed much cleaner.
Kinda wierd and quirky. But a bit overdone. The serious quirky-ness is a bit difficult to convey, but also just a crazy concept to work with in the first place. Was not to my personal liking.
Not a very big fan of either Jenna or Tucker, but this routine definitely forced Jenna to break out of the pack in the attitude category. Although it was no where near my favorite of the night.
Such elegance and fluidity. Such a SONYA TAYEH routine. Beautiful. Definitely flowed with the music. FAVORITE OF THE NIGHT!!!
Pretty good for first-timers. But was too obvious of the amateur choreo Jean-Marc gave. Nothing special.
Alexis is gorgeous, i'm glad the judges saved her. Niko, i'm not sure. Hard to tell if he's gonna be in Top 10, but they both have solid foundations for dancers so they should make it far. GREAT CONCEPT! Definitely appeals to a big audience. Is not hard to appreciate such energetic choreo. THIS KISS WAS ALSO SMOKING HOT!!! MY 2nd fav routine!
Great job to BluPrint and Mariah. Definitely in their comfort zones. I'm glad BluPrint was called out on his lack of character. It definitely is the reason he will be going home before Top 10. Not sure about Mariah. She and Carlos had done their contemporary wonderfully. She will definitely be on the tour (Make it to top 10) in September.
Again guys, sorry I didn't post last weeks. @ the end of the season, I will write a post w/ my fav dances of the season in Snapshots. Last weeks epi will definitely be a part of that.
Anyway I cannot wait till they resume on Tuesday July 23 and reveal the dancers fates.
