Peace in the mind,
Silence in the body,
Truth in the speech.
“How you love yourself is how you teach others to love you.”
— Rupi Kaur, Milk & Honey
Some chapters of life don’t actually have an apparent ending. They just fade away silently.
It’s a strange feeling to look back at the past sometimes and see how some parts of life have simply dissolved into nothingness. And even though this poem might sound sad, I believe that being mindful of the transience of life actually helps us to feel all the preciousness and beauty of it.
Just as you know that it is all that matter it is fine doing what you love.
“I wanted a perfect ending. Now I’ve learned, the hard way, that some poems don’t rhyme, and some storied don’t have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what’s going to happen next.”
— Gilder Radner
"Transform your inner sets of mind into Postivity, then you shall strive the best version of yourself"
Recovery doesn’t happen all at once. Be happy for the little improvements, no matter how small. Any movement towards recovery/wellness is important!
Sometimes you have to surround yourself with absolutely positive things: cute plushies, motivational quotes, relaxing music, comfortable blankets, a funny show, talk to people to have a laugh, nice food, see some memes, so we can remember to feel grateful, so we can remember that there are still good things out there and that life is indeed worth living and fighting for so you can have all these precious little moments and things even when they seem fleeting. Remember to enjoy something today just for the sake of being a little happier for a moment. It might restore your faith in the world a little and nurture your strength. Allow yourself to recharge.
"Be simple and do the things that you really want to do it"
Nothing matters at last, it's only you and for you.
“The things you do for yourself are gone when you are gone, but the things you do for others remain as your legacy.”
— Kalu Ndukwe Kalu
"Fell in love again when she told me I'm so sweet"
“People cry, not because they’re weak. It’s because they’ve been strong for too long.”
— Unknown
― Billy-Ray Belcourt, A History of My Brief Body
[text ID: To love someone is firstly to confess: I'm prepared to be devastated by you.]
Focus on kind people. People who smile back. People who love animals. People who show up for you. People who have consistently cared for others and for you. There are still good people out there. We need to stop focusing so much on the ones that aren't. We need to let them go. We need to show up for those who love us, for those who love life, because they make life worth living. We need to focus less anxiously on our suffering and remember that there are still nice people out there, and we just need to reach out for them.
It's the time that will make things right, doesn't matter about what ifs!
POWER OF LOVE #1
He gave you mouth to lie
And eye for the truth
In school days, we are entangled with numerous of circumstances
As memorizing of newton's law
Theory of physics
Historical date of history
But when it comes to someone we love
We tend to remember all the little pieces of information as
The day i saw her for the first time
The colour of dress she was wearing
Yet, when it comes to the subject we want to remember we can hardly make it
But when we want to forget someone we love, we aren't able to do it and even till we die.
Round and round we are around
Karma is the ground
Suffering is not to mourned
Painful heart never make sound
But beautiful is the life to bound
Awaited blessing are to count
Hardships are in pound
But experiences in our life are found.
