I've seen a lot of coaches posting about "wins" and "learns".
Especially with junior fighters, the term "learn" has become the norm when they lose.
Here's the big news, losing is normal, it's part of the process, it's not failure. You win some, you lose some! If you're not prepared to lose, then sport isn't for you. Any sport!
How you react to defeat is important. You learn, you get stronger, you come back better technically and physically. Or you quit.
Quitting is failure!
Giving up because things don't go your way, that's failure!
Losing is an opportunity. Don't accept it, don't enjoy it, but don't let it stop you, don't be afraid of it. Fear will stop you achieving your goals, far more than the occasional loss.
