Maybe im giving him too much credit but I feel like in hetaoni Italy is the only one who would go back in time for literally anyone, while every other character if gotten the chance would have only gone back for the ones they are close with or gone back for everyone except the nations they dislike, because Italy is somewhat of a outlier in how he views nation relations following how he is in the canon series thematically.
