You can learn to love anything, I think if you need to badly enough. I trained myself to enjoy feeling hungry. If my stomach contracts, or I wake up feeling nauseated, or I'm light-headed or have a hunger headache or better yet, all of the above, it means I'm getting thinner, so it feels good. I feel strong, on top of myself, in control.
Low cal cabbage soup! 28 cals!!!
1/4 cup of cabbage (16 cal)
1 vegetable stock cube (6 cal)
1 tsp of ketchup (6 cal)
5 g or Siracha (0 cal)
Roughly a cup of water (0 cal)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
I pretty much boiled the cabbage of the water for 10 mins, and then just added everything else in until it’s all mixed and warm through.
It’s really filling, low calorie and tastes great! (I only managed half)
123 calorie waffle or pancake recipe!
It's a bit eggy but not to a point that makes it more of an egg than a waffle. Makes two big ones or 4 small ones (3 tablespoons of mix per a small pancake or waffle). The mix is a bit runny so you may want a waffle iron like me. Tsstes great !!
