I've always had skinny legs, they have never been my strong point, but I have built them the best I can! I used to be nuts about building them up, and would go as heavy as I could. Now I train a lot lighter than I used to and my joints feel better, and I focus on the feeling much more, rather than how much I'm lifting. I was super motivated today, then when I got to the gym I lost it. 😒 Still pushed through it, and I ended up having a great workout and I feel much better! 💪😃 #teambeast #teambodybuildingcom #legday #chickenlegs #danvilleca #ironhorsefitness (at IronHorse Fitness)
