Top 5 books of 2015

Ah, this is so hard, but:

The Raven Cycle series by @maggie-stiefvater. Like, honestly, they made me laugh and cry and that’s a big deal when it comes to books, but I know that you and I already talked about these!

Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson. I read it for my English class this year and it was very moving.

Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins! I’m usually more for the whole romance as a sub plot kind of deal, but this series is just so cute; the second book, Lola and the Boy Next Door, is equally as adorable, and the third is on my to read list!

Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Saenz. I blew by this book, I loved it so much.

The Fixer by Jennifer Lynn Barnes. This is the first book I’d read on my own without romance as a sub plot, and I’m surprised by how much I enjoyed it. I think it’s kind of like the show Scandal, but for YA, and minus the, y’know…scandal.
