The blonde sighed, slumping up against the outside wall of a building until he was seated upon the ground. Why was it so difficult? He supposedly had a brilliant mind, and his friends said he was reliable and always there when they needed him most. Yet, no matter what they said, he still felt so weak, so helpless. He knew why... he just wasn't sure how to do anything about it.
In this world, only the strong survive. And while he wasn't necessarily unfit, he wasn't strong. He didn't have nerves of steel, he had nerves of rubber at best, and his timid and shy nature made him appear even weaker than he already was. Add that to his small and slender stature, and you had a boy who the others could practically walk all over.
"Ugh. Why can't I get stronger..?" He muttered quietly, not thinking anyone would be around to hear him. "If only I had the courage to just ask somebody to train me..."
