Do you like the noodles I made :D (I made them quite spicy)
-Indomie Mi Goreng noodles (noodles, seasoning packet, sauce packet) ( I used hot spicy chicken flavor (the black packet) )
-Small Pot/deep pan - Scissors
-Chopsticks/Fork/Utensil. - A bowl
Note: To your taste you can add extra sauces, this recipe is slightly varied from the original instructions
Get a bowl for your noodles and keep that to the side. Get your pan/pot and heat it up to medium high heat (7 or 8)
You will eventually have to turn the heat down to 4 and up when the water starts boiling but this is later.
Take your noodle packets and cut them open with scissors, I used three packets since my mom wanted some. Once the water heats up a little, put your noodle packets inside of the pot/pan.
Boil the noodles for about 4-6 minutes. If you see white foam or the water rising either lower the heat or move that pot/pan.
From this point on there are two ways to do it
Once your noodles are about 75-80% done (it will cook more in the next steps), drain most of the water into the sink and leave 3/4 of a cup of water. Add in one sauce packet (or all of them but I added one since one of them broke) and continuously stir until the water and sauce thicken up into a creamy sauce. Make sure not to leave your noodles in too long or else all of the water will evaporate and your noodles will start sticking to the pan.
Once your noodles look about done, put them in your bowl and add remaining seasoning packets and mix. I took out some of the greens in the seasoning packet but you can do the rest from here, add more sauce to your taste if you like, I put about 3 drops of Buldak Carbonara sauce from a bottle I had. Make sure to turn off the stove
Note: Your noodles should look creamy instead of soupy, this method also makes them spicier and creamier since the sauce will coat all of the noodles
3b: While your noodles are cooking, add the sauce packets into your bowl and add one to two spoons of boiling water from the noodles. Mix the sauce and add in any other AT THIS TIME (if it doesn't taste right you can add in sauce after) sauce to your liking and taste the sauce for proper taste.
When the noodles are done, drain all of the water and use something to make sure they don't fall out like one of those net things or chopsticks.
Add the noodles from the pan into the bowl and mixy mixy it. Once they are mixed add the seasoning in the noodles and mix again, then you're done!
