posting this feels irrelevant. i don’t think anyone is waiting for this update seeing as i’ve only gotten 2 messages since my last announcement back in june. so this post is more just for me and my own closure than anything else.

my life the last few months since i left has been nothing but debilitating anxiety, sickening insomnia, hospital stays, funeral arrangements, and grief so disgusting and raw and life-shattering that i don’t even know who the fuck i am anymore or what the point of it all is. death continues to mock me in everything i do even after everything it’s already taken. i can’t sleep, can’t eat, can’t leave the house without feeling like the world is caving in. i feel like an alien in human skin. i think it’s been 4 months since i’ve even smiled and truly meant it. as shitty as the community on here had become by the time i left, a part of me still hoped to come back to this blog, because not only was this the only moa space that i had, but this was the only space that i had where i was able to write and express that creative piece of myself that i always ached to share. but not anymore. none of it matters now.

it’s taken me over a month to get this out of my drafts because of how much the permanence of it makes my heart hurt. but after what i’ve gone through, most things now can’t ever be the same for me and neither can i. i just don’t know how i could possibly go on writing and interacting here as if nothing ever happened to me. so this blog will more than likely just be an archive soon. all my wips and plans are given up on. as for if i’ll ever come back here someday in the future — who knows. probably not. if i did, it would probably be anonymously under a new blog where no one would know me.

if anyone sees this and wants my discord to stay in contact, you can dm me for my user. to my mutuals and the 3k of you who have chosen to follow my work all this time, despite my inconsistencies, thank you.

someone in my immediate family has been diagnosed with cancer, making it the 2nd person in my family now to be currently suffering with it. i’ll be stepping away from tumblr indefinitely. i obviously will not be in any sort of writing headspace for a while and all wips including the fairy event are now on hold until further notice. i’m sorry if i’ve let anyone down. if you’d like to keep in touch with me on discord you’re welcome to dm me, though for the time being i’m sure i won’t be chatting with anybody. please, please keep my family in your thoughts and prayers. thank you everyone and goodbye for now.
