— don't mind it ;
any other night, it would've been fine. she might've entertained the chauvinistic bastard with a drink here and perhaps a drink or two there. might've. now, however, he seemed to trample upon whatever boundary she established.
should hyuna send her fellow barkeep to tend to him, he called for her and quite belligerently. if she insisted on tending to new customers rather than him when he clearly had a full glass still, he drank it all ( or spilled, more so ) while shoving away any others vying for her attention despite their less amorous intentions.
one touch, she thought, one touch and it'd be over in the quickest, easiest way she could possibly muster at the moment. of course she couldn't do that. she wouldn't either, but it was certainly tempting at this point.
if only she could do something as simple as calling woohyun or — then the idea struck her quite brilliantly at first until she realized its certain flaws. anyone could claim to have a boyfriend. as idiotic as the drunk seemed, he'd see through such an empty attempt to shake him off. so far, he already had done so with her earlier methods.
as her fingers began to tense at the thought of having to deal with the man following her shift, another person had sat at her end of the bar and she found herself staring at his visage for quite some time. luckily, it hadn't gone unnoticed and when the man stood, she ignored him to make her way directly to the new patron. this time, if he interrupted — and just on time, he did.
"who's this?"
the look of discontent and repulsion was evident on his expression as he studied who he immediately deemed his 'rival' from what hyuna could surmise, and with good reason.
with a quick glance spared in the stranger's direction, she smiled warmly at him, making sure that it carried through to the expression in her dark orbs as well. "he's my boyfriend. I've been trying to tell you all night that I have one."
