As you can see from all the translations I posted, Ensemble Stars on Stage came to an end last night with the final show in Osaka. Now I’ve posted all the cast’s thank you blogs and tweets, I wanted to post my own.
When I started this blog I did so partly with the intention of being able to get to know the cast better myself. But I’ve been so happy to see so many followers, reblogs and likes from all of you guys. I never expected the love and success this blog got! As of today, we stand at 258 followers, which is more than I ever expected! Thanks for the support, guys! :D
At the show on Saturday, I safely handed over all the letters and gifts I received for the cast from the fan project. Thank you so much to everyone who participated. I was unable to support the whole cast by writing them all letters myself although I would have liked to, so to be able to plan this project and pull it off so successfully made me so happy! I’m sure the cast will enjoy reading all of your letters, and if the opportunity comes up, I’d love to run this kind of project again.
Thanks also to those people who trusted me to buy their stage goods for them. I bought the final set of goods on Saturday and will be sending everything out this week. Thanks also to everyone who enabled me to feed my random bromide addiction by buying the ones I didn’t want from me and allowing me to buy more! I still have a few bromides and badges left so I’ll be putting them up for sale here soon.
From now, with the show ending, my next plan for this blog is to scan all of the photosets which I bought from the show, as well as the pamphlet if I can do so without damaging it. I should be getting to those throughout the week, so look forward to them being posted.
After that though, updates here will most likely slow down a little. My plan until/if they announce another stage is to continue updating on cast member’s birthdays, as well as continuing to update if cast members are together or talking about Ensemble Stars on Stage. I will not be keeping up here with each cast member individually until another stage is announced, as they will all be doing other work and it’s too much to keep up with. I will probably be keeping up with them myself though so if you ever have any questions, feel free to put them to me.
In the meantime, some of you guys did already but if you’d like to follow me on Twitter I’m over there @tonbo. I’m always looking for more people to flail about stages with! :)
