Agree. Seems like she’s just larping as the edgy girl with “weird” interests. During one of the Wednesday press interviews she said that sheʼs watching Taxidermy videos and working on a bird. Just sounds like bullshit to look more like Wednesday. Taxidermy takes time, especially for a beginner. She wouldnʼt have the time for it since sheʼs been filming a movie, doing photoshoots, interviews, red carpets, coked out press tours for trash like HUT and now the Wednesday doom tour. I know she posed with a Taxidermy book, but that was on set for Wednesday. Or when she suggested that Wednesday would watch Scientology videos. She comes off as such a try hard lately and all the “weird” things she says and her bleached eyebrows feel like cosplay. Just corny and lame. Maybe her team told her to change her look and say edgy things to distract from her recent flop movies.

Oh, I know about taxidermy.

I have my own tiny collection (I have two mice) and an old taxidermy book that I posted here before as a "book found amongst Val Kinbott's possessions" (and this will be mentioned in fic sometime):

It takes a lot of work/time and she doesn't have time for that shit (if she does, she's lying to us again about being too busy for important shit; plus if she has time for this, she has plenty of time to post like Melissa does about her views/humanitarian stuff ).

It's the one I was bringing home when I got bashed. Trust me when I say I protected it with my life even though the dude was tryna lift me by my pants/boxers (still have those, they have rips in them) and I was on the ground/he was kicking me in the head. The bag was in my hand and I held it out from my body so he wouldn't stomp on it.

Bought them both well before Wednesday aired because I like taxidermy, and wanted to start my own little collection, which I did but then I haven't been back to that Menagerie since 2019/the bashing. PTSD I guess. 😕 Plus the pandemic happened and blah blah blah.

Anyway, as for the time it takes, yes, it does take time. You have to understand anatomy, study the preservation techniques (skinning, fleshing, salting, mounting), have all the tools (which is probably the easy part for her, since she's got plenty of money), learn about the state and federal wildlife regulations, learn proper sourcing (where you get the dead animals), AND...you gotta also have artistic skills towards realism. It takes talent towards sculpting, posing, and painting, among other things (and we saw how shitty her clay self-portrait was), otherwise you end up with Bad Taxidermy.

It's a patience and precision thing, something that a busy ass starlet/the Tim Burton It Girl does not have.

Anyway, it's also insulting to Wednesday that she said that Wednesday would waste her time watching cult videos. Gremlin joked about that shit but $cientology is horrible, and has killed people/harassed people/sued the Hell out of people just because they could. It's nothing but a scam that a gross, fat fuck wife beater (he beat her unconscious and then kidnapped her and their daughter when she wanted to leave him, tried to have her silenced in mental institution, and threatened to kill her and himself) cooked up to make money. Literally all that it is, and Wednesday is above such brainwashing garbage (hopefully no one's tried to hook the Gremlin into it because if she ever, she's fucking cooked, as you kids say). I hope she isn't dumb enough to fall for any of that shit, but those fuckers are all about hooking naïve kids when they're young.

Her team is sucking with guidance. I'm betting they're all enablers and Yes Men/People. She needs a better manager. Maybe a whole ass new team. But she also needs to LET herself be guided by better voices but then whining in interviews how fame is just so hard

...I really can't wait until this Wednesday shit is over.

I've been in a rabbit hole on youtube about the crimes of scientology because of the Danny Masterson stuff. Then I read this.

there are people in the UK who identitifed as Jedi Knights on the UK census (probably just to fuck with the required census). Scientology was even LESS than that number of Jedi Knights. I can't stop laughing. Why didn't anyone tell me that was an option?!

The 2021 census says there are 1,844 self-identified Scientologists in England and Wales and even that seems a little high to me.

In Defense of Tom Cruise

Okay, no, I'm not going soft on $cientology, but I just re-watched Oliver Stone's Born on the Fourth of July, and I must say it's hard to imagine anyone else evoking the transformation from True Believer jingoist kill-em-up-some-comm'nists to wounded, eyes-open patriot. He truly was superb, and manages what too few actors in his star-range ever do: he demonstrated skin-crawling depths of vulnerability. Tom Cruise should forget about the empty Mission: Impossible stuff and reinvest himself as an actor. Since he's the subject of so much vilification these days and needs to regain credibility, he might try returning to actual acting. But I doubt Hollywood logic will allow for that. Of course, what I'd love to see him do is a tell-all on $cientology, but that aint about to happen. If you're interested in that, try Operation Clambake or read L. Ron Hubbard: Messiah or Madman? online or buy the book. Anyway, see BOTFOJ. It's freaking great, with a beautiful score and typically (for Stone) superb cinematography and editing.

Freaking the Fuck out

My boss signed a contract with a management company which supposedly is "really good" and "works." I thought the whole survey and personality test was weird, but I didn't think too much of it. Turns out it's a fraudulent company run by the Church of $cientology. My boss has already paid $30k to use them. Brian and I are very anti-$cientology. My boss is already brainwashed by them, I can tell. She said I was being a "know-it-all" when I told her that is was a front and that they've been after Dr. Leif for 15 years, and that she's not dumb. I know she's pissed at me because once again, I'm right, she's wrong. Time for a new job.

$cientology is at it again. From bulling people into handing over their inheritance:

Prolly the best line however, is the $cientologist's threat to lock the double-wide full of gays in a room with Tom Cruise... so many jokes there...
