The day was spent socializing with the new elves and helping them with what he could in building their new homes. It was a lot more enjoyable than Uriel thought it would be. Otherwise, he returned to the mortal realm to see to his divine family and their affairs, mostly to look after Viktor and Serissa where he could, the children of his beloved and gone siblings. But all nights were spent in Logon's company, even the days where Logon wished for help or just his presense. The seraphim's most cherished purpose had become to see the sun elf smile and be at peace. The elven builder and architect was working hard but it was the sort of hard work that didn't come with that fearful and hopeless look that he would have during the war, and for that Uriel was grateful.

"Enough... You look tired today," he murmured. "Let's go home."

It was strange how such little things could bring his mortal heart so much excitement. He had lit up with it the moment that he had found a necklace of nautical theme that Iskander had buried in his collection of accessories. Uriel had put it on almost immediately and was now loathe to take it off. Logon had somehow made the mundane... extraordinary. He now found joy in such simple things. Even waking up in the morning had been given a new meaning. His life had suddenly been filled with such light and possibility.

His heart did somersaults at the sight of the summer fey and his feet carried him over without hesitation. “I don’t think it’s normal the way I missed you. I was hoping you would come to this.” His eyes lingered on the very tempting way Logon’s shirt was far too open; briefly, he forgot his train of thought. “... I wanted to see you again” Which was true. However, he had not gone looking for his fey since Nettelia’s return. That a Blessed seraphim might one day need to give their life under no uncertain conditions to destroy the Necronomicon effected Uriel emotionally more than he knew something could. He hadn’t wanted Logon to see that fear or worry still so fresh before.

Last time he saw Logon, he’d all but made it final that he was disappointed in his choices and would not be a part of them. Yet Uriel found himself there anyway, knowing that was where the fey would be. Among his own. Among all these tragically fated beings that could not protect him. But Uriel would not speak of that right now.

“I have to admit, you all make excellent parties,” he musing, appearing behind Logon. “What would you recommend I try first?”

He found his fey at the height of the plague. Every minute that Logon didn't come to him was another minute that he feared and worried until the knock came and Uriel flung the door open. "Gods bless," he murmured. There was also a new sense of paranoia for the seraphim, a new sense of carefulness that came from wondering when someone would find him or any other one of the Blessed to make their anger at the plague known. Uriel made a quick scan of the people passing by behind Logon before he looked back at him. "Are you well?"
