"Aha! You're smiling so you know what that means? I have succeeded in what I sent out to do," Cory said before hopping down off the railing with a bright smile on his face. It wasn't often that he actually had days off where he was up to doing something. His mind was usually always stuck in the ER and the events that happened there. "Well, my first order of business as King is to take you skating at that roller rink - I remember you saying something about you loved to do it but you haven't done it since you were a kid? And I haven't skated since rollerblades went out of style so you might get to see me in the rare form of not having any control over how my body reacts to things. Then we're going to that street fair and getting tacos - and cotton candy. And you can't tell me no because well, King right here Ams."

The only thing that sucks about working in the field he did was that he worked just as many hours as the doctors which put a damper on his friendships and not to mention made relationships a living hell too. Now fifteen minutes late for his meet up with his friend, he winced when he walked into the coffee shop, looking around until he spotted them. “I’m so sorry, I slept through my damn alarm.”

🏷️Do they give their partners cute nicknames?

Cory would, he usually sticks to anything that’s not typically used though he loves the nickname pumpkin.

💚Are they prone to jealousy?

Nope, he’s pretty laid back and trust his partner, so he’s not really affected by jealusy at all.

👫Do they display affection in public? What about in private?

In public, a kiss here and there or holding his partner’s hand, sometimes arm around them yes. He’s not overly affectionate in piblic because he hates couples that are basically humping each other in public so he doesn’t want to become them.. In private though he is definitely afectionate with neck bites and hands under the shirt and all that jazz.

Yes but he'll use his words to defend and protect his partner rather than his fist because he hates violence.

🏷️Do they give their partners cute nicknames?

Destiny unfortunately does NOT give cute nicknames. Her way of saying she cares is calling you a bad name or dumb. 

💚Are they prone to jealousy?

Destiny's extremely prone to getting jealous. She also hasn't loved anyone in decades so I feel when it comes down to actually loving someone again, yes, she's going to be that bitch that threatens the person flirtin with her partner. 

👫Do they display affection in public? What about in private?

She'd much rather gouge her own eyes out than do anyting affectionate in public. In private little things but she never goes overboard? She isn't really sure what TRUE affection is either seeing as she was never exposed to it growing up or even in her after life. 

⚔️ Are they protective of their partner?

Destiny would kill for the people she loves whether it's romantically or platonically. She's been known to rip someone's heart out for talking ill about a friend so protection is something that she's good at if you get on her good side.

The blonde let out a mildly frustrated sound at the other while wiping a cotton ball drowned in peroxide over the gash in the other’s forehead. “You know, there’s better ways to see me than getting beat up. Maybe you should try asking for my number before you leave this time.” Cory was partially joking and partially serious. “What happened this time?”

@notalwaysthehero (Alec) Cory made a whining sound when Alec moved under him. They'd both fallen asleep watching this movie that had been on - it must have been that boring and Cory had just gotten comfortable. "Stop moving you're not getting up." This was also Cory's way of not letting Alec leave to do God only knows what he normally did. "Gimme another hour at least before you run off. Again.”

“Clearly it's been a hell of a day," Cory frowned a bit, leaning against the door frame as he watched over Alec. "I'll go get some bandages and some ice packs. Maybe after I can get you to at least rest for a couple hours until you try to be a hero and save the day again?"
