❇ “Tailmon! You climbed up way too high!!” Hikari sighed out loudly, seeing the cat Digimon wave frantically at her. On top of a 30-foot tree.

Why were cats like this?

Technically though, she couldn’t blame Tailmon. Her partner had climbed up that tree in the first place to retrieve Hikari’s hat that the summer breeze blew away. But that hat wasn’t worth her Digimon’s safety! Now what was she going to do to get Tailmon down?

“I wonder if anyone could help us here...”

❇ Hikari gave a little sigh when it was finally her break time. She loved working as a part-time librarian but the downtime was nice. Plus, she was looking forward to catching up on some cute romance novels she picked up recently.

Pulling up a chair in the corner, she hummed softly and pulled out a few books in her bag.

“I’m going to try to finish the first novel today!”

❇ “Huh... I still don’t know my way around the city...” Hikari mused and frowned as she wheeled her bike down the street, unable to find the place she was looking for.

“Where would the supermarket be... I promised I would buy fish for Tailmon.”
