this week was definitely easier; possibly because of the fact that she was nowhere near as nervous as she was previously. but the team had practiced really hard this week, and she was grateful she was in bong ki's team again. and she had practiced until she physically couldn't anymore, dragging herself from the practice room the day before.

eva was basically bouncing around backstage, waiting for their team to go on and possibly annoying the rest of her team. she had checked, double checked and then triple checked that her flashlight had batteries in and was working correctly, because god knows what she'd do if it broke.

eva was grateful that they'd gone with a prison concept, as opposed to the school uniform she thought they'd originally go with. she was like 99% certain she wouldn't be able to do this routine in a blazer and a skirt. these uniforms were much better, much cooler.

and so eva was pretty confident about this performance, she was pretty sure that she could pull this stage off. because, well, it's not like she's a bad dancer or anything so she should be able to do this well.

the stage has started, their faces appearing up on the screen behind them, their mugshots. and then out came the flashlights. this was definitely where eva belonged. every second she was on stage she felt her confidence grow, and she lived and breathed for the crowd cheering. and so she put everything she had into the dance.

the stage was going well and the pulled off all the moves rather gracefully, but that was only to be expected when you have 18 years dancing experience. the rest of her team seemed to pull it off too and she was immensely proud of her group as the song came to a close.

the cheers were obnoxiously loud but eva basically bathed in them before pulling in whichever teammate was closer for a hug. all that was left to do was to wait for the results. how exciting.

white face paint, red lipstick, two bunches in her hair. eva was as ready as she'd ever be for this performance. she stood to the side of the stage, frequently glancing out at the people in the crowd. the girl and her team had worked long and hard on this performance, and the night before eva had nearly pulled out her hair with the thought of should she get the dance wrong. a shout of her name brought her out of her thoughts, and she smiled at the reporter who dashed her way.

"ah! eva-ssi!" the reporter grinned as the two bowed at each other. "just the person i wanted to find. you see, we were just wondering about your take on today. how are you feeling? are you nervous at all?"

if the question took the girl off guard, it didn't show, the girl quickly finding her words and smiling brightly. "ah. i've been extremely lucky to have such a fantastic team for this task. we worked together well and i think we should do well in the task today." the second question caught her lightly off guard and she thought about if for a moment before replying. "well... i haven't been on stage for quite a while now, so whilst i'm not too worried about my dance skills... i'm slightly nervous about being back onstage. i also really don't want to let my team down, but i'll do my best." another slight bow and off went the reporter to find her next victim.

to say that eva was nervous was an understatement. as the team of three stood waiting to go on stage, eva, for a short moment, was sure she was going to pass out. when the team was finally called upon, she sent a quick smile to her team members before stepping out onto the stage. as eva stepped out into the spotlight, the anxiety she had felt about going on stage again simply fell away.

the music started and eva smirked. she knew the choreography like the back of her hand. she could probably do this dance in her sleep, no problem. the adrenaline began to kick in almost immediately and she threw herself into the performance.

her moves were graceful, fluid and disciplined, in a way that 18 years of dancing brings about. the choreography was fast paced and rather difficult but eva kept up with the other two males easily. the paint on her face was slightly distracting, especially when she began to sweat, however, she tried to pay it no mind.

eva was in her element. the stage was where she belonged, where she fit in. to say she was ecstatic to be back onstage was the understatement of the century. as the performance came to a close, she threw everything she had into the last part of the dance, her muscles screaming at her to stop. as the music finished, it took all of her willpower for her to not drag her teammates into a hug, so she settled for a beaming smile, almost jumping up and down due to the adrenaline.

yes, eva loved to be onstage.
