I love you.

Those lips were unforgettable. ❝I love you too,❞ he replies, but he knows he’s dreaming. He knows he’s trapped in a world of his own creation. Koujaku isn’t here. Koujaku hasn’t been for a very long time. He’s alone again. Alone like he always was. The young hacker has to roll over, face the wall and consider things a bit. Like why he dreams of him, and why he still looks for him through the window of his apartment. It was so bitter to see him, happy. Happy. Noiz wondered what it felt like. Noiz wondered what it felt like to have people visit you every day. To have a best friend. To have someone to count on. To have someone to call you to drink and hang out and enjoy living with. He didn’t have to wonder. He had that at one point, and he lost it. It wasn’t mean tot be his. Just like everything else, it slipped through his fingers without feeling. He was apathetic to the loss. Wasn’t he? W A S N ‘ T H E? He didn’t know the trails slid down his cheeks. He didn’t know why the laughter rumbled in his chest, spilling from a sick little grin on his face. The soft pitter-patter of tears speckled his pillow. He closed his eyes. Not to sleep though. No. He was waiting there. Instead, the teen just did what he used to. Lie down. Close his eyes. Chain himself to the floor. Find some illusion of comfort in the dark and (what was surely) cold. Be empty. He was truly empty then. Now, he was filled with the tiny shards of what he had in his heart. Tiny. Irritating. Complete with an ache he’d wish he’d never known. ❝Y-You bastard. You always loved when I suffered.❞
