ooc: Yes, it's true. Kotomine has been wandering around HIve city and running a tofu shop as an innocent priest by day...

.....and by night, he has occasionally been murdering NPCs in dark areas where their corpses would not be found until much later. He is not connected with the 'serial killings' that have been described before, but he is a slaughterer who exists in the city and is active at the nighttime hours.
