How the Marai manage to drag Katarina to the pool was beyond her. Appearently she needed to 'cool off' and perhaps she was right but for now she`d keep the scowl on her face. Her feet dangled in the water, she may have been convinced to come along but she had no interest in getting herself soaked.

In all seriousness, Haruto is…a little surprised by Nami’s existence. He hides he very well, but he honestly thought she was some form of Phantom when he first saw her. To his surprise, she actually just happened to be a rather friendly mermaid person. 

…Kinda weird, but who’s he to judge?

Describe how they show affection.

Haruto is…generally a little awkward with affection. It’s honestly been years since he’s shown true, genuine love and affection to anyone. He’d try to take them on dates, spend time with them, compliment them, maybe try and crack a joke to make them smile. He’d try to be subtle and maybe a bit smooth, the results being hit-and-miss. It might seem a bit confusing, as he can do things like this with some people and not really have feelings for them. An easy way to tell when he’s genuinely trying to show that he’s fond of them, though?

He smiles a lot more when they’re around. No, he doesn’t smirk like usual. That, while it’s usually friendly, is just him messing around. A real, honest-to-goodness, sunshine-filled smile on his face is when he really likes someone. Something that’d warm the heart of whoever looked at it, perhaps even shocking them at how happy he looks. It’s possibly the most subtle and powerful change one could notice, and probably the biggest giveaway that he truly likes you.
