Can we make-out?: "Uhm... S-sure. Yeah. Be a bit of a knobhead if i said no to that."

A night in or dinner out?: "Night in is more my speed, really, but... I'd love to take you to dinner sometime."

Ice cream or chocolate covered strawberries?: "More of a sorbet bloke myself, but I'll have to go with chocolate covered strawberries."

What makes you a good Valentine?: "Really putting myself out here, but I'd try and be a perfect gentleman. Flowers, chocolates, holding the door... I would want to make it the perfect night for you."

Would you cook for me?: "...Ah. Well, I'll try if you really want, but... Think it might be best to have take away. Not... Not the best in the kitchen, I'm afraid."

Would you let me cook for you?: " Of course! That would be lovely. Be happy to help you, if you'd like. I can at least be a sous chef for you."

'Ace' he said, and Thera caught the inside of her cheek between her teeth. Oh Steven, you gigantic nerd. "Well that's no good, you have to do it at least once!"

Adjusting her feet a little for the weight and the wobbling, she occupied her lips with another sip of her drink - coincidentally covering a smile from watching the absolute face-journey happening a few inches away.

There was a reason she'd said 'cheek', as anything more intense might have made him pass out on the spot.

"Well, the others aren't here, are they?" Though anything could happen in the next ... ten minutes, now. Even if, in all honesty, she hoped it wouldn't. They'd buggered off and left him here, so they couldn't complain!

"And yeah, I want you to. Unless," Teasing, and hoping Fate wouldn't smack her for it, "there's someone else here you'd rather?"

One eyebrow lifts. The second joins it.

Then the corners of her lips twitch, just a hint.

Normally, Thera rejects the entire idea of her being anything close to 'cute' (she is vengeance, she is the night, blah blah blah) but right now she's willing to pretend otherwise.

And, in true feline fashion, pester the one who likes her least.

"Aw, Maaaarc!" The whiny tone answers her own question before she asks it, "Am I really annoying, or are you just grumpy today?"
