how was she supposed to know that the vase cost a hundred thousand dollars? she knew it was antique, but do they really cost that much? why would they even have it lying around if it was that expensive? nonetheless, when it was all said and done, she’s still the one at fault here for being so clumsy in handling it. viktoria has only been working in their home for a few weeks and she couldn’t afford to lose this job, not if she wanted to be able to pay rent and bills on time. however, she couldn’t imagine either how many years it would take for her to be able to pay that back. with the brunette almost close to tears as she bowed her head and listened to their admonishment, she only lifted her gaze up when they mentioned that there was no way she wouldn’t be fired. “please, sir--i need to keep this job,” pleaded the young woman as her voice cracked a little. “i’ll--i’ll do anything. just please don’t fire me. i’ll find a way to pay you back.” // @sarcasmpersonified181

though her friends keep on telling her that their relationship is quite unhealthy, viktoria refuses to take their advice. it was way better than when they were supposedly committed to each other and both of them keeps on making the same mistake. this way, they can still raise their child together while seeing other people. well, as long as they don’t bring in the other person in their home, things would work out perfectly. the dark-haired woman didn’t really mean to stay up late waiting for him, but she has been checking some papers of her students. with her reading glasses on as she leaned against the headrest of the bed, she wrote some comments down on the paper. most of her students seem to have a good grasp on the book they were assigned to read, but there are still a few who needed a little more revision. when the door to their room opened, she raised her head to glance at him. “did you have fun with your date?” she questioned teasingly, though they don’t normally talk about this kind of stuff. it was better that way after all.
