More free meals, this month was fantastic for dorm c budget. In fact, they’ve saved enough on food that perhaps they could purchase a new toaster. One that wasn’t fifteen years old and on its last legs.
Yonghwa was in an excellent mood, humming quietly to himself as he made lettuce wraps. The idol girls were chatting excitedly amongst themselves, probably due to the fact this was their first outing in a while. Yonghwa had introduced himself already and thought it would be polite to give them a little more time to love each other before sliding into their conversation.
For now, he set his eyes on the girl sitting next to him. They’ve never officially met and this was a good opportunity. “Wren, was it?” He asked, eyes turning into half-moons as he smiled at his fellow trainee. They started in Legacy around the same time if Yonghwa’s memory was correct.
“My name is Kang Yonghwa, I don’t think we’ve ever been properly introduced.” Two years was a long time, but the Legacy boys and girls weren’t exactly encouraged to be super close. He grabbed the water pitcher and quickly refreshed her half-empty cup for her. “My brother was picking me up the other day and we saw you passing by. He said you looked a lot like a girl he used to really like from this Japanese group. I think it was called Nogizaka46?”
