The other day (several months ago) we looked through our bookshelf (in the livingroom, for everything), and noticed a book about.. I believe the word is shibari? Tying people up erotically.
Noticing this, but being unsure of the definition despite having seen it used before, asked our nearby father what it meant/what the book was about. He said it was about different ways of tying people up. He removed the book while we weren't looking.
I know this, because while wondering if he'd gotten rid of it/hid it somewhere and checking the shelf again, we found a book labeled something like "the erotic art of knifeplay"
So.. beautiful things being found out about our dad.
