I think if you're a migraine haver for 15+ years then you should always be able to know with exact 100% certainty when you have a migraine and your body shouldn't be able to make up 'secret third thing headaches with all the symptoms of a migraine but when you take your migraine medication to make it go away it doesn't work' bullshit
