why do you keep calling Barbi a manchild?

Because that's? The joke his character is built around? He's a manchild in design, personality, and behavior. That's kind of the whole point.

His big forehead, thin & patchy hair, large eyes, round face, short and fat body; they're all the features of an infant put onto an adult man so he feels uncanny and subconsciously reminds you of a baby.

He's comedically petty, immature, and defensive. You laugh with him because of his needless vulgarity ---

Even the people in-universe who were around him during his teenage years recognized this: The nickname "il bambino" means "the child". He's upset because people are calling him out for being short, whiney, and immature. It threatens the image he wants to project of a mean, scary gangster. He doesn't realize that people aren't afraid of him because hes a gangster, they're afraid of him because he's a violent sex freak who doesn't know how to keep it in his pants.

Hello! I’ve been trying to start making my own IDs for images lately, but I have a question. In a simple horizontal flag with however many stripes is it better to say “the colors from the center out are-” or list them from top to bottom, repeating the colors that are the same? I’ve seen beings do it both ways but I want to know if one way is easier to understand than the other.

In a simple horizontal flag with even stripes how should I go about phrasing the order of the colors?

I personally go with 'top to bottom' or 'up to down'.' When it comes to vertical, I do, 'left to right'. This doesn't cause any confusion with how to visualize.

Should I repeat the same colors?

Yes, as this will build up the flag that doesn't have a scattered like pattern when building up, but instead a solid way of building it where the patterns connect.

tell me ALL of the things. ALL. THE. THINGS. spare absolutely NO details. i haven't heard of darkest dungeon but i LOVE seeing people making aus/crossovers where i know one of the things but not the other. introduces me to a lot of cool stuff!

from what i looked up, i think i'd really like darkest dungeon! i love roguelikes and i love rpgs! it looks really cool so a dd dispatch au would be awesome!

SO.

So far I am fixated on lore from the First Darkest Dungeon game but essentially bringing it to the second game in concepts. I fell in love with the Color of Madness DLC with the Farmstead and the Comet/Sleeper, because it perfectly describes the type of alien cosmic horror I love. Especially with the aesthetic of undead and oozing crystals!

So Robert is using a fragment of the Sleeper/Comet to power his Artificer gear, but it is slowly driving him mad due to the effects the Comet has on that entire planet (Basically reality warping it to its own due to being like oil and water with the current plane). Shroud is essentially lost himself to the Comet and is its conduit into humanity, as well as fight against the Heart of Darkness inside of the Darkest Dungeon. It (Comet/Sleeper) is described as being potentially like an infant but full of malice and hatred for everything around it. So it wants to make things change into its own to control more easily.

I have some roooough Hero Classes (like Grave Robber or Highwayman) for them all. Robert, Artificer. Flambae, Fire Dancer. Waterboy, Deckhand. Invisigal, Rogue (or Specter due to her still having the ability to be invisible). I have some general ideas for the other Z Team members like Punch Up is obviously a brawler while I think about Blonde Blazer being a witch (i.e. she gets her magic from a magical item or conduit, like canon). I know I was debating on Sonar being like Abomination but just a bat and more bleeding instead of blighting. Malevola reminds me a bit of how the Leper plays in terms of how she fights so I was thinking Dark Knight or Fallen Knight as a hero class name for her.

I DID happen to draw Robert without his Artificer gear already but I'm tryna figure out his outfit colors. I was going ham for a while on my own stream cause this idea is just STICKING in my brain so thoroughly. I did have Darkest Dungeon as a special interest since it released and mashing it up with Dispatch feels like a nice DND-esque but more cosmic horror themed AU.

Anakin literally was a slave and groomed since he was brought in as a padawan. Do some SW fans really think Anakin deserved his life? Like that he deserved to suffer and be used as a weapon of mass destruction? Holy fuck, if they do.

Maybe I phrased it poorly but I meant that there's folks that tag his name with "critical" alongside it and they seem to have forgotten about what lead Anakin to that point while saying he deserved to suffer and hurt for being Darth Vader (basically saying his actions erased any form of redemption he should've been allowed).

Its like they forget he's a minority in the case of Star Wars. He was a slave on Tattooine and one of the very few humans there. He also is gifted with the Force in a way that NO ONE understands and was born from supposedly the will of the Force. Anakin is from a planet that doesn't value anyone unless they're powerful and rich. Then put onto a democratic planet that told him to keep his head down because he's privileged as a male human on Coruscant. That'd make anyone that lived a horrible life just shut up and take what is given to them.

Anakin clearly cared and wanted to do good. He was used rather vehemently by Palpatine even before he was Vader. Anakin would've LEFT the Order and been a force for good if he just left with Padmé to live on Naboo, like the alternative timeline written in the original Canon (before Disney scrapped it). Anakin has a good heart and will. He's just horribly mistreated and dismissed until he made a choice he couldn't take back and even regretted instantly (killing Windu and becoming Vader due to it).
