Painting the inside of a ship by area, like having the engine room be inside a volcano, or the hallways be rivers and such

Painting a mermaid on a ship and having that simple imagery spawn tales of tailed adventurers able to survive in space, and giant monsters that can swallow stars with orange tentacles and a purple tail

Different stories and art gathering from all the other space-faring species, trickling into the styles and cultures of each other

And it all has to start with a bored human and a sharpie.

(me and @erinravenseeker were talking about it last night and we kept building and building and building upon that idea and really it’s a great concept)
