"There are very important blood vessels..."
Fingers trace the training dummy, along its "arms" by the "wrists", and its "legs" by the "thighs", and where its "neck" would be.
"Here, here, and here," Vayu demonstrates, with an angle of his knife at each of the locations. "Close enough to the surface that a lucky slash might get them."
He looks over his shoulder, an easygoing smile shining back at the tiefling children, who were either quite attentive or a bit bored by the anatomy lesson. Not a single crying child in sight. These kids are probably a bit more desensitized to the cruelty of the world, though it makes them quite receptive to gorier tactics.
"They're awfully hard to target in the heat of a real fight, but if you slice 'em open, you've basically won the fight. It's a high risk, high reward maneuver. And the best way to do it is like so-"
Vayu positions his knife against the dummy just so, ready to show it off, right when he feels a strange tickling by his ear. He flinches away, knife drawing back -- the strange tickler follows him, accompanied by a chorus of giggles behind him.
He lowers his knife and raised his other hand, spinning around to swat the thing. He hits a piece of straw and an etheral, purple hand.
Eyes widening, he looks over at Iago and their gaggle of kids. Despite the laughter erupting from them at his expense, Vayu couldn't help but smile.
