hey! i have an hrpf question and i don’t really know who else to ask. it’s about matthew tkachuk. basically… why is he such a popular character to ship lmao? (or at least he was before the maga stuff.) i’m still pretty new to hockey rpf, but from what i’ve seen, most other players kind of have a designated teammate they usually get paired with. but tkachuk seems to get shipped with a lot of different people. is it because he’s an annoying pest on the ice? Does he just give slutty vibes? surely it's not because people think he's hot

tbh i can't really answer this bc i find no appeal in him whatsoever lol. i think people did/do find him hot and think the whole pest thing is hot! idk tbh!! some guys just capture fandom's attention and then it becomes a thing

Back to how they were before the adoption? All we know is that maybe once they had pizza night or maybe once they took photos but other than that we also have Henry not turning in his homework because he was miserable at home because he didn't feel loved and felt out of place in a town where the days repeated themselves. We also have Henry getting on a bus and begging Emma not to take him back to his mother because Emma didn't know what it was like with a mother like that.

This howRegina’s and Henry’s relationship looked before the book. And before you comewith but that’s only one scene the rest is head-canon Adam confirmed that theyhad a great relationship before.

He wasmiserable because he just found out that he was adopted. Having thisconversation with your child is never an easy one but for somebody like Reginawho values family so high and has abonnement issues…she probably screwed up bigtime. Which wouldn’t have been a real problem after all if she and Henry would’vegotten time to deal with all this to talk it out. But they didn’t because foronce Henry got the storybook who painted his mother solely as the villain. Nota word about young Regina nothing about her life before the Evil Queen.

And then Emmacomes to Storybrook. A young woman feeling guilty for giving (willingly) up herchild and is one of the main reasons why the relationship between Henry andRegina hadn’t time to heal till end of season 2

because he didn’t feel loved and felt out ofplace in a town where the days repeated themselves.

Henry wasloved but after he found out that Regina was the Evil Queen (and pleaseremember we are talking about a 10 year old boy) he thought she was only pretending.She was the Evil Queen and Evil Queen can’t love right? He thought he was justa pawn in her revenge against Snow White and was angry at himself for lovingher and “believing she actually loved him too” Which she did.

And Adamstated that Henry didn’t realize that time stood still. That’s canon

And if forthe last part of your ask…have you actually watched the last 4 seasons of OUAT?Yes Henry and Regina hit a rough patch in their relationship that happens. Theyfixed it as soon others stopped interfering. Henry was hurting and thought Emmawould help.

And I alsomight draw your attention to the scene in Going Home the moment where Reginaand Henry have to say goodbye to each other

Henry: “This isn’t fair this is all my fault”

Regina: What do you mean?

Henry: If I never gone to get Emma if I just lived under the curse with you none of this would’ve ever happen. I thought I was alone I thought you didn’t love but I was wrong

Here you have it. Henry has realized that he has been wrong all along. His mother did love him and he loves herThere is nobody who believes more in Regina then Henry
