I don't know how to describe this feeling, or if its even worth saying, but sometimes I think I'm perceived as weirdly and aggressively sexual, as pushing kinks and sexuality on others. I feel awful about making people uncomfortable, and I definitely don't want to do that. That said, honestly, I (the host) am asexual and my fascination with sex and kink isn't horny. It hurts my feelings to be perceived that way. It's always a shock, I feel ashamed and disgusted. I know its on me to watch myself and not make people uncomfortable, and I don't want to cast judgement on other people being horny. But that's not what I'm doing. I just think sexuality is interesting and forget sometimes that it might be something other people experience more directly. I don't get anything out of making people uncomfortable and I despise every moment that I've mindlessly started talking about sexual stuff without noticing the discomfort of my conversation partner.
I try to mostly surround myself with people who are very sexually open in order to avoid hurting anyone, though I think that has made it more difficult for me to judge where the line is drawn for regular people. I guess I'm just forever a freak, despite not really feeling sexual desire myself
