Katniss and Peeta are so funny as a couple because Katniss is a tiny, underfed girl who looks like she will either pass out from hunger, or stab you with a knife. And Peeta is tall, muscular and looks like he could kill you, but is just a big softie. (Who is very protective of his murderous girlfriend)

I think the objectively FUNNIEST thing Brennan could do in the epilogue of Cloudward Ho is pair off Freyja and Wealwell in what is meant to be a parody of "pair the spare" type situations (there is literally one canon ship and it's a divorced couple so it's already silly as a concept for that reason), but is clearly something utterly nefarious on their parts, but Max/Murph HAVE NO IDEA WHAT.

Reasons this is funny:

Aforementioned Murph/Max being utterly baffled why this is happening and forbidding it, while Brennan doubles down IC as both characters while clearly insinuating that they're up to something and refusing to reveal what it is. Does Brennan know what that something is? Who knows! But Murph is crying in desperation that he doesn't understand why this is happening and that it should stop.

Longspot Gotch being HORRIFIED that not only is Zood real, but his fifth son has come back with a Zoodian bride and she can read his finances for filth and threaten him with Big Sword. This is the only aspect that would make Max even a little okay with it, but seconds later he's like "NO! STOP! I DO NOT CONDONE THIS. YOU CANNOT HAVE A CONSENSUAL WORKPLACE RELATIONSHIP WITH MY EMPLOYEE."

In truth, Freyja is just doing this for tax reasons and Wealwell is doing it for The Bit. They're planning a June Divorce, after which Wealwell will sidle up to Daisuke all, "so now that we're both divorced men of the world..."
