I know I have said this, but to me it makes no sense that in Sanuso fanfics, Sanji is the one with internalized homophobia.

This boy grew up surrounded by ex-pirates, in the middle of the sea. And I'm pretty sure that Patty and Carne are gay (don't judge me okay?). So I think he's normal with it, he accepted he's bisexual a long time ago, he just prefers ladies over men.

You know who grew up alone in a tiny island, with people insulting him constantly for his personal treats, without any trustworthy adult to talk about his sexuality, and had a crush on a girl so "he can't like men too"?

Usopp.

It'd make a lot more sense if he was the one who doesn't accept he also likes men. Like. Not homophobic, but biphobic. He doesn't know about bisexuality until Sanji talks about a pretty boy.

Idk, I just think that if one of them has to be forcefully not accepting that part of themselves, it'd be Usopp

SO LIKE IN THE DREAM , SANJI HAD GOTTEN BADLY INJURED AND USOPP WAS CARRYING HIM OVER TO WHERE CHOPPER WAS . While he was carrying him , sanji was so genuinely out of it from the injuries that he just kissed usopp on the cheek and promptly fell asleep in his arms . Usopp was so startled and shocked he almost dropped sanji LMAOZZ . They’re so cute this should happen in canon .
